From the beginning, our client had a clear vision of what she wanted, and she trusted our team to make her vision come to life! Everything from the wood plank tile flooring, to the brick veneer walls, custom kitchen island and cabinetry, to the bedrooms, bathrooms and even the shiplap ceiling was remodeled by Yourson Contracting. Take a look at this West-Valley kitchen, living room and flooring remodel. Our clients wanted to take their home to the next level…starting in the most-used space in their home, the kitchen. They chose new custom cabinets and hardware, upgraded appliances, and completed the look with gorgeous countertops and oversized pendant lights. The kitchen went from dark and dated to fresh and bright. To complement the kitchen, our clients opted for a light wood-look tile throughout their home and a fresh coat of beige paint. From top to bottom, Yourson remodeled nearly every inch of this beautiful golf course property in Sun City. This remodel boasts ultra-custom features like the oversized media wall, bar station with upper and lower cabinetry, and converted office space.
